    Ingredients

    • 4 servings (about 8 oz.) uncooked spaghetti, regular, enriched or gluten-free , or use a Paleo pasta mix and follow package instructions ( no carb/very low calorie noodles may also be used)
    • 2-4 tablespoons lemon juice (1-2 lemons)
    • 1/2-1 tablespoon olive oil
    • 1 packed cup fresh basil, roughly torn (or cut and sifted basil if fresh isn't available)
    • 1/2 cup Walnut Parmesan (recipe below), or regular grated Parmesan
    • salt and pepper to taste
    • zest from 2 lemons
    • about 40 cherry tomatoes (10 per serving), halved
    • extra Walnut Parmesan and basil (optional)
    • 1 cup walnut halves and pieces
    • 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
    • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
    • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
    • 1/8 teaspoon salt
