    You can use low-fat sour cream and/or buttermilk but I would use the full-fat mayo. If you use all low-fat ingredients, keep in mind that the final dressing will not be as thick, rich, & creamy.I also like to add 1/2 teaspoon dried chives to mine.This gets better the longer it sits in the fridge. I would for sure make it the morning you need it and then let it sit in the fridge all day until dinner. Or, make the night before and let refrigerate overnight. The dressing will last for about 2 weeks in the fridge. Just make sure your dairy products are not near their expiration date.
