    Ingredients

    • 2 pounds Certified Angus Beef ® brand top round beef roast
    • 2 bell peppers, seeds removed, sliced {I used a red and green}
    • 1/2 of a sweet onion, thinly sliced
    • 4 garlic cloves, minced
    • 2 cups beef broth
    • 2 Tablespoons red wine vinegar
    • 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
    • 1 Tablespoons Italian seasoning
    • 1 teaspoon oregano
    • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
    • 1/2 teaspoon hot sauce
    • 1/2 teaspoon salt
    • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
    • 3 bay leaves
    • For the rice bowl:
    • Shredded provolone cheese
    • White or brown rice, cooked
    • Chopped tomatoes
    • Shredded lettuce
    • Fresh parsley and green onion
    • Hot peppers
    • Banana peppers
    • Pepperoncinis
